Founded by Addison Walz in Brooklyn NY, Mater Soap was born out of a dedication to utilitarian objects that quietly serve our daily lives. Her background in sculpture, natural dyes, and textiles informs the Mater aesthetic. Mater continues to expand its collaborative spirit by working with artists and other like-minded businesses.

Mater Soap's varieties are all made with coconut, olive, aloe, and jojoba. This gentle soap is the safest and most effective way to clean your body, for the whole family and for the world. This conditioning soap cleans without stripping your skin of its natural oils. Great for hand washing and shower taking.
