Apply to lips using the YB13 Pencil Brush for more precise look or straight from the tube for on the go looks and touch ups.
PRO TIP: For longer wear, layer on top of lip liner pencil. Add Stay Put Eye Shadow Base on/around base of the lip to prevent bleeding and for a longer wear.
