Ylang Ylang (totum) is a complete extraction of freshly harvested flowers that retains its holistic chemical profile. The flowers of Ylang Ylang are hand-harvested by the local women of Nosy Be each morning and undergo a 24-hour long distillation. The unique pruning technique applied to the Cananga odorata trees provides a safe working environment for the women who harvest the flowers year-round.

The harvest and distillation of Ylang Ylang provides work that supports the local community and through its charitable initiatives has funded a dispensary that provides access to healthcare alongside the implementation of sanitary units in school buildings. Rainwater is collected and redistributed to the fields and distillery throughout the year, supporting an even more sustainable project.

Our oils are all certified pure and natural, meaning that they are distilled directly from the plant with no additives or additional substances that could modify the original chemical composition of the oil. The finished product is pure distilled oil, a symbiosis between the abundance of Mother Earth and the genius of alchemy.
