    The Story Behind This Perfume

    Albert Fouquet, the creator of the Eight & Bob perfumes, was an aristocratic Parisian who produced perfumes exclusively for his own personal use and that of those nearest to him. Each perfume was born from a memory of a place or of a person he wished to transform into extraordinary fragrances to conserve in time.

    With the Champs de Provence fragrance, Fouquet wanted to satisfy the request of his dear friends Alessandro and Chiara, an Italian couple who owned a villa in Provence where they went to relax and enjoy themselves. Every spring, Albert Fouquet went from Antibes on the French Riviera to the home of Alessandro and Chiara to share with them the splendid spectacle of colors and wonderful aromas. Albert Fouquet surprised Alessandro and Chiara with a perfume inspired by the freshness of the exuberant aromas brought forth by the plants growing in the Provence countryside they so loved.
