I have been using this cream foe 12 years and since I was moving from MD to NC I REALLY stocked up. It was just as well as it is not sold in NC.
Being a cosmetologist from London, I like to test my products and I found that this cream works wonders on the neck. I am 73 and my neck has almost no wrinkles unless I bend it sideways and even then, it falls the standard pattern rather than age related.
Of course I vary the application over time (day V. night - summer V. winter) to avoid "accoutumance" (saturation) and that works a treat.
I truly hope that they will continue producing this fine cream, not just for me but for the following generations. The Media inundates us with products daily but quantity is the the opposite of quality.
I have been using this product for years - others I seek out: Caudalie and Kiehls - but I keep coming back to this moisturizer. I'm seventy-two, but my face isn't telling.
Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA's) are found in nature and are coveted for their softening and refining properties. When applied to the skin they loosen the outer layer of dead skin cells by hydrolyzing the mucopolysaccharide glue that holds your cells together. As the outer layer of skin is loosened and removed, it is replaced by a fresh layer of more flexible and resilient skin. The result is softening of fine lines and wrinkles in your skin in as little as 2 to 6 weeks. It is also believed that the effects of AHA's help to stimulate the formation of new skin cells and underlying collogen with continued use.
