Diptyque teamed up with Virebent, a well-known porcelain manufacturer established in 1924, to make its indoor and outdoor scented candle. It chose earthenware for its rustic touch and hand-crafted look, and because it embodies and brings to life the brand emblematic oval. This diptyque candle is made exclusively by hand, and take no fewer than 9 distinct operations. This five-wick Baies scented candle (51.2 oz.) recalls a bouquet of roses and blackcurrent leaves. Burn candles for three or four hours at a time.
Baies: Berries. This candle recalls the scent of a rose garden by the water's edge. The rose gives it an imposing presence that is ideally balanced by the cool note of black currant leaves. This sophisticated perfume is one of Diptyque's most famous. The eau de toilette that complements it is Ombre dans l'Eau.
Candle size: 51.2 oz Candle burns for approximately 150 hours. In most scenarios, candle fragrance equivalent to burning two standard candles at the same time.
