Jane Iredale introduced her make-up line in Spring of 1994. It was one of the first collections to offer a color line with skin-care benefits as well. The products are based on micronized minerals. The collection is made without nano-sized particles, talc, mineral oil or any harsh chemicals, artificial dyes and preservatives. Plastic surgeons were the first to recognize the benefits in Jane’s make-up and were confident to recommend it to their patients.
